Director
Anika Barlow
Anika is a humble woman of God who was born in the parish of Manchester, Jamaica and is the second of two children. She was introduced to Sunday school by her dear aunt at a tender age. Church was a staple in her home, from Sunday morning services to Wednesday night Bible studies, Youth Ministry services on Friday and everything in between. Her aunt ensured that once the church doors were opened, she was present. Attending church was never a burden it became a joy and a ‘must’.
At age 9 Anika accepted the Lord as her personal Saviour in Sunday School and has never regretted that decision. Her single regret was allowing a relative to dissuade her from getting baptized at age 9 but waited until she was 12 years old.
Anika began teaching Sunday School and VBS as a teenager and was a part of the Youth Ministry. Bible Summer Camp played an integral role in her Christian walk; helping to keep her grounded in her faith.
Anika continues to serve the Lord as a called woman, dedicated and completely sold out for God. She is married and has 2 girls. She lives by Psalm 23:1: “The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want.”

Founder & Director
Natalee Bailey-Harrison
Natalee was raised in Clarendon, Jamaica by her grandparents who were devoted Catholics. However, her introduction to Sunday School came from attending church with her aunt. This had a huge impact on her decision to accept Christ and undergo water baptism at age 10. She felt God's calling to serve at a tender age and began teaching Sunday School at age 13 and was involved in Youth Ministry. Natalee’s commitment to God's calling has enabled her to serve in varied ministries over the years.
Prayerfully serving in the Women Powered by Purpose Praise and Prayer has allowed Natalee to experience God's purpose for her life, as indicated in Ephesians 2:10. As the Content Creator on the social media platforms, Natalee is able to carry out God's extraordinary purposes, through sharing the word of God and her testimony.
Natalee has been married to Rohan since 2005 and is the mother of 2 girls.
She serves as a called woman with grace and humility. Her calm deportment is credited to 1 Timothy 6:6 "...godliness with contentment is great gain".
Director
Sherredon Palmer
Sherredon Palmer was born and raised in the rural community of Malvern, in the parish of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. Her upbringing was rooted on staunch Christian principles, which saw her living a sheltered lifestyle throughout her youth. As she navigated the journey through life, she remained committed to the will of God.
With absolutely no regrets, Sherredon surrendered her life to God at a young age and was fully persuaded that she was called, chosen, and anointed for this season.
Raised among 5 siblings, Sherredon represents the anchor, as the third child. Bearing the weight of ensuring that the prayerful lifestyle their mother exhibited remained alive and active in the family, to include her husband (married 2011) and her two (2) boys she now nurtures.
Today Sherredon shares her testimony openly, guided by the Holy Spirit. Having struggled for years to understand God's calling upon her life. Thanks be to God, she stumbled upon desiring more of Christ and sought after a sincere and meaningful relationship with him. It was then that she discovered the answer to all of her problems - including her marital challenges.
Sherredon serves as a called woman with pride, joy and zeal.
